Holly Scott is a Vice President with The Mullings Group. Holly personally handles executive level searches within the medical device practice, focusing on searches ranging from CEO/GM to individual contributors within Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Manufacturing, and Research & Development. Additionally, Holly leads a team that works horizontally and vertically within every functional area of the device industry to meet key clients' hiring goals. She manages key account relationships and leads TMG's large project services within these specialty practices.
Holly has repeatedly been recognized as a top producer in search within the medical device industry. Holly attributes her success to a true consultative approach to the business, and quick execution and delivery of results. She takes pride in leading by example in work ethic and determination.
Holly has a Bachelors of Psychology from the University of Florida.
